West Footscray’s Newest Development

“One Ormond is all about design quality and comfort at an affordable price. We are setting a new benchmark for apartment living in Melbourne’s west,” enthuses Tom Robertson.
The project team were inspired to create an apartment product that responds to its environment and location in the inner west close to Hansen Reserve recreational facilities and parkland, schools, the newly developed West Footscray Train Station and shops. “Sun filled living areas, ecologically sustainable design features and secure off street car parking creates comfortable and contemporary living spaces,” says Ed Waters, Director of project management firm BDS Projects.
Functional floor plans incorporate generous light filled living areas, bedrooms with built-in-robes, European appliances in the kitchen and laundry, separate bathrooms, storage space and large outdoor balcony areas. All this only 6km from Melbourne’s CBD.
Construction is due to commence in 2016 with completion estimated for mid 2017.
